Roof Top Terrace

Project consisted of reconfiguration of 3rd Floor bar areas, breaking out reinforced concrete floor deck, installation of new steel staircase with a timber cladded canopy constructed over. Steel beams were craned onto the roof terrace as load bearing structure for the floor decking and glazed façade to the perimeter of the terrace.
